Your company submitted Revisions on 9/15/22 and did not follow through with the Plans Examiner requirements. Failure to begin work within 180 days after permit issuance or allowing 180 days to pass between inspections will result in an expired permit. Once a permit has expired, the permit must be re-instated and new fees paid. Permits which have expired for more than 30 days are subject to the issuance of citations. No future permits will be issued until the contractor resolves all expired permits. Enclosed are copies of your expired permits.
