NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
GRAPEVINE CITY COUNCIL AND
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
Because you are a property owner within 200 feet of the subject tract of land as shown by
the last City-approved tax rolls, you received this notice. If you cannot or do not wish to
attend the hearing, the attached form is provided for your convenience. If owners of more
than 20% of the property within 200 feet of the subject tract object to the case, a 3/4 vote of
the City Council is required to approve the request.

Purpose of Request:
The public hearing is to consider an application submitted by Jennifer Derenski for property located
at 3580 North Grapevine Mills Boulevard and platted as Block A, Lot 1A1, Grapevine Mills Crossing
Addition. The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to amend the previously approved
CU2019-02 (Ord. 2019-006) for a master site development plan for gasoline sales and off premise
consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer and wine only) in conjunction with a convenience store.
This request is specifically to revise the floor plan to allow for a Laredo Taco Company restaurant
within the existing 7-Eleven convenience store and gas station.
A copy of the site plan is on file with the Department of Planning Services or online with the City
Council packets at https://grapevinetexas.gov/89/Agendas-Minutes 72 hours prior to the meeting.
