I, Guy Hazlewood, Managizzyfartner, represent Westwood Group, Ltd, owner of the property
and improvements identified as 2200 Highway 121 North, which is physically located at the
southeast corner ofFellowship Wayand Highway #121 Frontage Road This property was
formerly owned by the GE Corporation.
It is my desire to make you a ware of my intermts and intentions regarding this property.
Westwood Group, Ltd purchased this properly and the 2 -story building located thereon for
use by Fellowship Church, which is located adjacent to acrd inor drof this property. Westwood
Group, Ltd recently executed a long term lease with Fellowship Church, which includes
possible future options to purchase.
The present zoning is acceptable for a commercial building It is my understanding that if
conveyed to the church, a varzance ora revised zoning to match that of the Fellowship
Church, (so that the building can be accommodated for use by the Church) would be
appropriate.
On behalf of Westwood Group, Ltd. , I herebygrant authority to Fellowship Church and to
their Architects, Urban Architecture, to represent Westwood Group, Ltd before the Grapevine
