1. Public Hearing to obtain input from the public in reference to the revised
Agency's Admissions & Continued Occupancy Policy, 5-Year Capital Action P1
for 2024-2028, Dwelling Lease, and Agency Policies I

2. Commissioners to recess to the Housing Authority Conference Room to conduct
a closed session relative to update the Board of Commissioners regarding
pending investigation (Galutza v. Grapevine Housing Authority case number
TWCCRD # 2200853-HU), pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government
Code.
REGULAR MEETING
3. Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Board oi
Commissioners under Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by
completing a Citizen Appearance Request form with the Executive Director. A
member of the public may address the Board of Commissioners regarding an item
on the agenda either before or during the Board's consideration of the item, upon
being recognized by the Chair of the Board or upon the consent of the Board.
Citizens will have 3 minutes to address the Board of Commissioners. In
accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Board is restricted
discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments. i

5. Consideration of the minutes from the November 9, 2023, meeting and take any
necessary action.
Q. Consideration of Resolution No. 23-11 to approve the Agency's revised 2022 and
2023 Annual Plans, Dwelling Lease, Admissions and Continued Occupancy
Policy, and other Addendums and policies.
7. Consideration and acceptance of the October and November 2023, monthly
financial statements and take necessary action.
