Commissioners to recess to the Housing Authority Conference Room to conduct a closed session relative to update the Board of Commissioners regarding pending investigation (Galutza v. Grapevine Housing Authority case number TWCCRD # 2200853-HU), pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code. REGULAR MEETING 3. Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Board oi Commissioners under Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by completing a Citizen Appearance Request form with the Executive Director. A member of the public may address the Board of Commissioners regarding an item on the agenda either before or during the Board's consideration of the item, upon being recognized by the Chair of the Board or upon the consent of the Board. Citizens will have 3 minutes to address the Board of Commissioners.
