PROPERTY LOCATION AND SIZE:
The subject property is located at 2140 Hall -Johnson
Road, Suite 118, and platted as Lot 2, Block 1, Hall -
Johnson Addition. The addition contains 2.441
acres. The property has approximately 281 feet of
frontage along Hall -Johnson Road.
REQUESTED CONDITIONAL USE AND COMMENTS:
The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit for the possession storage retail sale
and on -premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and mixed drinks) in
conjunction with a proposed restaurant. This request is associated with a future Zuroma's
Restaurant, planned for the new strip center under construction, located on Hall -Johnson
Road, on the south side of Randy's Chevron Gasoline Station.
PRESENT ZONING AND USE:
The property is currently zoned "CC", Community Commercial District and is under
development.
