Remove the existing wood privacy fence; 2. Construct a new cedar fence with six-inch wide board on board configuration with a top cap; fence is to be six -feet -tall with 6 feet tall wood gates; fence is to be eight - feet -tall around the pool; fence is to be mounted on steel posts encased in wood, 3. Fence to be stained natural cedar color; as per the attached plan and photos with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permitrs�/ is not required.
