This letter confirms on January 9, 2024 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA24-03 for the property addressed 527Franklin Street, legally described as
Block 112, Lot 7A, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended,
for the following:
A paint scheme for the house -
1. Paint the exterior trim using Sherwin Williams' "Custom/White", to match the color of
the window casing;
2. Paint the exterior siding of the house using Sherwin Williams' #SW0032
"Needlepoint Navy";
as per the attached paint cards.
An approved Certificat of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is is not, required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.41 .3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
