COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING MOBILE
FOOD UNITS (MFU'S)
BACKGROUND:
Permanent mobile food units (MFU's) are currently absent from the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance.The Commission will engage in discussion regarding allowing developments the
abilityto design and construct designated areas for mobilefood unitsto operate on a semi-
permanent or permanent basis.
