Please dimension the boundary lines of the site on the revised submittal and ensure that they meet the dimensions shown on the final plat for Lot 2, Block 3, Heritage Business Park. 3. Label the setback area along Commerce Street as "front yard setback." 4. There is a slight error in the number of required parking spaces —it should be 155 spaces rather than 150— please revise accordingly. 5. Please place the following notations on the revised site plan: a. All requirements of Section 31, "LI" Light Industrial District shall be met. b. All requirements of Section 56, Off - Street Parking Requirements shall be met. Please submit the revised documents to the Department of Development Services at 200 South Main Street.
