Please number sheets in consecutive order and add case number CU08- 25 to the signature block (see below) of all sheets. Each sheet needs to be sealed by a registered surveyor, architect or engineer and the sheets numbered in consecutive order within the signature block, (i.e. 1 of 2). 3. Please highlight the location of the proposed suite on all site plan/landscape plan sheets. 4. Please note the City of Grapevine has adopted the 2006 IBC, IPC, IMC and IFC along with the 2005 NEC as opposed to the codes referenced on sheet A1.01. 5. Please add the following notes to the site plan: a) Conditional use request CU08-25 is a request to amend the previously approved site plan of CU06-52 (Ord. 2006-83) for a planned commercial center in excess of 1,000,000 square foot of gross leaseable space, specifically to allow the possession, storage, retail sale and on -premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and mixed beverages) in conjunction with a restaurant. b) The entire site is the premises. 6. Please label all existing conditions, i.e. parking surface, dumpster and screening device, landscaping, etc. on all applicable sheets. 7. Please provide the building elevations sheet of the subject site indicating the proposed suite. 8. The floor plan needs to clearly depict the storage, point of sale, and consumption area(s). Please highlight and label those areas and remove some of the labeling of many of the fixtures. As requested below, the final submittal will require an 11 "x17" reduction of all the sheets. Much of the labeling on the floor plan on the 24"x36" sheet will not be legible on the reduction. 9. Please provide a signed letter which states the purpose of the conditional use request. Also please provide a menu, including a price range, if that information is available. 10. Please add east to the address of the subject site on sheet A1.01. 11. Please provide an occupancy/seats count schedule for all areas of the restaurant based upon the requirements of the 2006 International Building Code. Please include in that schedule the number of the required parking spaces for the proposed use. Parking is based upon one (1) space per three (3) persons. 12.
