Please note of the site plan that all the requirements of the Grapevine Soil Erosion Control Ordinance shall be met during the period of construction. 13. Please change the order of the sheets, placing the architectural site plan after the cover sheet and the landscaping after the civil set. 14. Please add the following note to the garage site plan; Conditional Use request CU08-11 is request to amend the previously approved site plan of CU07-15 (Ord. 07-40), specifically to allow the development of a 56,485 square foot, five story parking garage with 855 parking spaces. HELISTOP 1. Please add case number SU08-02, and label each sheet in consecutive order (ex. Sheet 1 of 2) within the signature block in the lower right hand corner of each sheet. 2. Please provide a conceptual view of sheet A-103 and from a birds -eye view, please add hatching or some distinctive contrasting element which aids to highlight the location of the helistop, and connecting bridge. The lay person reviewing the plans must be able to distinguish the helistop from the top tier of the garage. 3. From the perspective of standing on the top tier of the garage, is it possible to provide an eye level view that superimposes a helicopter placed on the landing pad, showing the connecting bridge and safety nets and a typical light standard superimposed in that same view for the sake of additional clarity. 4. Please provide a ghost image of the existing helistop and provide a note on the site plan stating the existing helistop will be removed during garage construction and the new helistop location will be located on the top tier of the parking garage. 5. Please add the following note to the site plan: No refueling, storage, maintenance, or repairs of helicopters shall be permitted on the helistop. 6. A two-story addition to the south tower and the new central utility plant are under construction. The Specific Use Permit District containing 15.288 acres was expanded to add 10.9866 for a total of 26.2746 acres (CU92-06) in 1992 to add a new physical plant and expand the parking area. The District was amended by CU94-30 in 1994 to develop a one- story 12,830 square foot family clinic. Conditional Use Permit (CU95-04) amended the site plan to expand the development for the outpatient facility emergency room, diagnostic radiology and medical imaging, women's service center and intensive care. SU96-11 allowed for six wireless communications antennas and associated equipment to be placed atop the Professional Building. Conditional Use Permit CU96-32 amended the site plan to expand the Women's Center. Special Use Permit SU96-15 allowed for three wireless communications antenna arrays of three panels each (nine total panels) and associated equipment panels to be placed inside the elevator equipment penthouse. Special Use Permit SU97-05 was approved on March 18, 1997 for three wireless communications antenna arrays of three panels each (nine total panels) to be placed on the sides of the Professional Building with an equipment shelter to be placed on the roof.
