IMy yard is a pie shape and gets very narrow towards the back of my yard. Based on the ordinance, I would need 8 ft clearance from the Iright corner of my pool to my right fence. Due to the limited area I have and the severe slant of my lot, I am asking for a 4 ft variance Ion the right back corner of my pool pool plan. 5. Although I have a half acre, I cannot use the left side of my yard due to severe slope and also have a severe slope from front to back. Additionally, the right side of my lot has a very severe slant from front to back. This resulted in having a limited space on which to build a pool. Finally, I have a very old post oak which I would like to save which also prevents me from sliding my pool forward toward my home. 6.
