PRESENT ZONING AND USE: The property is currently zoned "LI" Light Industrial District and is currently developed as an office/warehouse facility with outside storage. When the property was re - annexed in November of 1993, it received the zoning designation "R-20" Single Family District—the standard zoning designation given to all tracts immediately after annexation.
