Please add case number CU07-03 and the consecutive sheet number to the lower right hand corner of all revisions. 2. Please add the following: scale; vicinity map and north point to the site/floor plan. 3. In a tabular format please provide the following information: land area; building area; occupant load; parking required; parking provided; building coverage; landscape area; impervious surface; description of outdoor paving material for seating area and area calculations for designated storage and sales areas for the alcoholic beverage sales. 4. In addition to the floor plan please provide a site plan of the entire site showing the subject property, the adjacent lots, Main Street and Barton Street as well as available parking along Barton Street. 5. Please designate refuse/trash dumpster location on the site plan and provide an elevation for the screening device. 6. Please provide a building elevation (front and rear) of the subject site and existing and proposed signage. 7. The winery must designate storage, point of sale and display areas on the floor plan. 8. Please provide the location and height and an elevation of any proposed fence and the type or kind of building material to be used for the fencing. 9. Please provide a description and label the proposed paving material for the proposed outdoor dining area. 10. Please show any outdoor lighting proposed in conjunction with the outdoor seating. Please show a typical fixture height and type. 11. Please add the following note to the site/floor plan: Conditional use request, CU07-03 is a request for the possession, sale, storage, and on- and off -premise consumption of alcoholic 1 1Jt7V1Ff beverages (wine only) in conjunction with a V The premise is the entire site. 12. Please indicate a typical fountain elevation on the site plan. 13. If the outdoor seating area details are unavailable at this time, please remove the outdoor seating area from the site/floor plans. Any proposed future changes to an approved Conditional Use Request site plan will require a new case submittal and the appropriate fees. The above comments must be reflected in the revised submittal, which is due by Thursday, March 1 at 12:00 p.m. for the March 20 joint public hearing. Please submit the revised documents to the Department of Development Services at 200 South Main Street. The revised submittal shall include: one (1) mylar of each sheet (minimum size 22" x 34") two (2) folded blueline copies of each sheet, (minimum size 22" x 34") forty (40) reduced sorted (collated sets) copies at 11" x 17" three hole punched, stapled and z -folded (fold the right edge to the left edge and then fold the right edge in half to form a z -fold). BACKGROUND INFORMATION: On August 16, 2005 the City Council approved conditional use permit CU05-50 with on - and off -premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (wine only) in conjunction with a wine tasting room. At the October 17, 2006 meeting, the wine tasting room was granted an extension of one year with an expiration date of August 16, 2007, in order to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy. On March 28, 2007, the Grapevine Historic Preservation Commission approved a Certificate of Appropriateness (CA07-17) at 418 North Main Street for an outdoor dining area which was associated with conditional use permit CU07-03. On April 17, 2007, conditional use permit (CU07-03), a request to amend the previously approved site plan of CU05-50 to expand the approved wine tasting room to include an outdoor wine tasting area was denied by Council. The applicant has submitted a revised site plan for consideration.
