We are currently installing the infrastructure and will be building homes in Dove Station and desire to be good neighbors. We will soon be installing an underground storm drainage system in the rear 10of our property. We will be removing the screen fence prior to installing the storm d1 rainage a installing a masonry fence at our expense at our rear property line. � Our desire is to install the fence as soon as possible so you are screened from the construction activity. This will be a multi -step process and will be done as efficiently and as quickly as possible as outlined below. Surveyor will locate property pins and stake the property line. (Note: The new all will be fully located on Dove Station property) Wall prep will take approximately two weeks. Contractor will build the wall.
