Attachment for Certificate of Appropriateness by Vickie Lannom As the owner of 317-319 S. Main Street I am needing to renew the exterior of my historical building. The proposed work is listed below. Front of Building: Repair and paint 2 existing metal awnings Replace rotted wood and paint wooden awning over entry doors Paint 2 existing entry doors and casings (Current paint is faded out brown, BUT I would like return all of the above items to the original color of black. The original inset decorative tiles on the building front are black and I would like for all of it to coordinate.) I would like to gently power wash the stucco to remove dirt and streaks that have run down from the roof. I would like to power wash the sidewalk in front of both store fronts because of gum and other unidentifiable gunk on the sidewalk.
