CONDITIONAL USE REQUEST CU04-20; REPLAT OF W.R.
LAWLER ADDITION NO. 1
Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council consider the
request from Mr. Phillip Bressinck to withdraw conditional use request CU04-20 and the
associated replat of the W.R. Lawler Addition, No. 1 and take any other necessary action.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Conditional Use Request CU04-20 was submitted for property located near the southeast
corner of Ponderosa Drive and Ira E. Woods Avenue and was a second attempt to
establish an automotive repair facility specializing in Lexus automobiles.

RE: Davenport Plat
Dear Ron:
As the property owner for the site at Highway 26 and Ponderosa Trail on which Davenport
Motor Company had made application to plat and zone a 1.73 -acre tract, the Applicant has
decided not to pursue the process at this time.
Please withdraw the request to plat and re -zone and also this is a request to stop the process
required by the Zoning Board of Adjustments.
