Companies requesting a one-year extension of his previously approved Conditional Use Permit to amend the approved site plan of Conditional Use Permit CU99-70 (Ordinance 00-15) for a planned commercial center, specifically to permit gasoline sales in conjunction with the Tom Thumb grocery store. Staff recommends the City Council consider a one-year extension of this conditional use permit. BACKGROUND: Conditional Use Request CU03-33 was originally considered and approved at the September 16, 2003 joint public hearing. Park Blvd. @ Wall St. For your convenience, I have attached your letter dated September 25, 2003, granting Tom Thumb the conditional use for fuel service.
