APPLICANT: Kris Fagala PROPERTY LOCATION AND SIZE: The subject property is located at 621 North Main Street and legally described as Tract 20, A. F. Leonard Survey, Abstract 946. The applicant, who is also the owner of the subject property, intends to utilize the structure for his own business needs. This site was designated an "HL" Historic Landmark Subdistrict by Council at the July 16, 2002 meeting. A set of preservation criteria for the Marvin Langley House was developed and approved by the Historic Preservation Commission at their June 26, 2002 meeting. Any future changes to the site proposed by the applicant will require a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Historic Preservation Commission.
