GENERAL:
• Mr. and Mrs. John Bass, the applicants, are platting this site for retail use and
professional office. This 6.47 acre site is located on the northwest corner of
Northwest Highway and Dove Road behind Fox Rental. Lot 1 currently has two
residential homes on the property and is zoned Professional Office. Lot 2 is
currently developed with an existing commercial building and lot 3 is vacant.
Lots 2 and 3 are zoned Highway Commercial and front Northwest Highway.
II. STREET SYSTEM:
• This development has access to Northwest Highway for Lots 2 & 3. Dove Road
provides access to Lot 1.

the following manner:
