BACKGROUND INFORMATION Move-in Building Application MIB03-02 was submitted by Mr. Ronnie Smith, the property owner. This request is to move in a single story residence which contains approximately 2,056 square feet. A variance request for a six foot encroachment into the required 30- foot front yard setback, and a 25-foot variance to the lot width will be considered by the Board of Zoning Adjustment at its October 6, 2003, meeting. A building permit application has been submitted and reviewed by the Building Department, and an initial inspection of the structure has been performed. The building will comply with all codes and ordinances.
