BACKGROUND INFORMATION Move -in Building Application MIB03-02 was submitted by Mr. Ronnie Smith, the property owner. This request is to move in a single story residence which contains approximately 2,056 square feet. A variance request for a six foot encroachment into the required 30 - foot front yard setback, and a 25 -foot variance to the lot width will be considered by the Board of Zoning Adjustment at its October 6, 2003, meeting. A building permit application has been submitted and reviewed by the Building Department, and an initial inspection of the structure has been performed.
