This letter confirms on March 28, 2024 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA24-20 for the property addressed 223 East College Street, legally described
as Block 31, Lot 3, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
Remove and replace the existing flagstone sidewalk with a new concrete sidewalk;
replace flagstone steps at street curb with concrete steps;
as per the attached drawing with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permitrs,/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
