RE: 121 Medical Addition
J0**39Vd
11
`i 3 A 13 J 3 r
Dear Sirs,
The proposed Conditional use is for a Long Term Acute Care Facility (LTAC)
combined with a medical/commercial office building. The LTAC would directly support
doctors in both Baylor Medical Center at Grapevine and Harris Methodist HEB Hospital
in Bedford.
This property is directly bordered by other commercial property consisting of a
church, a restaurant, commercial offices and a drug store. Delaney Vineyards is located
across Hughes Road to the south. The current zoning of the property, CC, will govern
design and construction of the buildings.
The planned Conditional use of the property is aligned with the existing
development and we feel a medical use will provide a more up -scale development than
other uses permitted under the current zoning. Members of the community will be able to
utilize the services offered by the facilities and the development should have a positive
effect on the property values in the neighborhood.
