HomeMy WebLinkAboutBBA1995-0003J°. ne 14, 1995 George Dixon David Weekley Homes 2805 Southwood Court Grapevine TX 76051 RE: BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS CASE #BBA95 -03 2703 PINEHURST DRIVE, GRAPEVINE, TEXAS Dear Mr. Dixon: On June 12, 1995, the Building Board of Appeals approved variance request BBA95- 03 from the Grapevine Code of Ordinances as follows: Section 7- 127(a), CORNER LOTS: It shall be unlawful to erect a fence in the required front yard setback area or the established front yard area, whichever is greater in depth on any corner lot, except along the interior lot line in accordance with subsection (b). The variance granted allows a fifteen (15) foot encroachment for a fence in the thirty (30) foot required front yard and allowing a fifteen (15) foot setback for the fence from the front property line as shown on the plot plan. A copy of the approved minutes will be available after they have been approved at the next regular Building Board of Appeals meeting.
