The variance request is from Grapevine Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 82 -73 as follows: Section 60.1.3., Sign Standards, to allow a variance to increase the required maximum 64 square feet size construction sign by 96 square feet to allow an overall sign size of 160 square feet as shown on the site plan.
