Dear Mr. Dennehy:
This letter confirms on March 3, 1995, the Board of Zoning Adjustment approved BZA95 -03
to allow the variance request. The variance request is from Grapevine Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance 82 -73 as follows:
Section 60.1.3., Sign Standards, to allow a variance to increase the required maximum 64 square
feet size construction sign by 96 square feet to allow an overall sign size of 160 square feet as
shown on the site plan.
A copy of the approved minutes will be available after they have been approved at the next
regular Board of Zoning Adjustment meeting. if you need a copy for your records, please
contact Teresa Wallace at 817 -481 -0376 and she will mail you a copy.
