Dear Reverand E. R. Glenn Jr.:
This letter confirms on April 3, 1995, the Board of Zoning Adjustment approved BZA95 -06 for
300 Turner Street, legally described as Lots 22R, 23R, & 24R, Northwest Addition and Tract
30S, A. F. Leonard Survey, Abstract 946, City of Grapevine, Texas to allow the following
variance requests and a special exception from the Grapevine Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
82 -73 as follows:
Section 21.G.4., "R-MF 1" Multifamily District Regulations, a 70 foot variance to the
minimum lot width to allow a 130 foot minimum width of lot as shown on the concept plan.
Section 21.G.5., "R -MF -1" Multifamily District Regulations, a five (5) foot variance to the
minimum lot depth to allow a 195 foot minimum depth of lot as shown on the concept plan.
Section 21.F.2., "R-MF -1" Multifamily District Regulations, a 1.4 acre variance to the
minimum lot size to allow a 0.6 acre minimum size of lot as shown on the concept plan.
Section 43.E.3., Nonconforming Uses and Structures, a special exception to allow the current
development to exists as built and allow an expansion to the existing building and parking lot
which would encroach the front and side yard setbacks and also would not be in compliance with
the landscaping regulations as shown on the concept plan.
A copy of the approved minutes will be available after they have been approved at the next
regular Board of Zoning Adjustment meeting. If you need a copy for your records, please
