This letter confirms on April 3, 1995, the Board of Zoning Adjustment approved BZA95 -07 for
1731 Palo Duro Trail, legally describer) as Lot 15, Block 6, La Paloma Estates, City of
Grapevine, Texas to allow the variance request. The variance request is from Grapevine
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 82 -73 as follows:
Section 15.G.1., "R -7.5" SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT REQUIREMENTS, requires a this: ry
(30) foot front yard setback. The variance allows a two (2) foot encroachment into the required
thirty (30) foot front yard setback to allow a twenty eight (28) foot front yard setback as shown
on the plot plan.
A copy of the approved minutes will be available after they have been approved at the nest
regular Board of Zoning Adjustment meeting. If you need a copy for your records, please
