HomeMy WebLinkAboutBZA1995-15A ? id I,(, \., N)i s Il • David Wilson 409 East Worth Street Grapevine TX 76051 RE: BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT CASE #BZA95 -15 304 EAST FRANKLIN STREET, GRAPEVINE, TEXAS Dear Mr. Wilson: This letter confirms on June 5, 1995, the Board of Zoning Adjustment approved BZA95 -15 for Lot 2R, Block 30, Original Town of Grapevine, addressed as 304 East Franklin Street, City of Grapevine, Texas to allow the variance request. The variance requests are from Grapevine Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 82 -73 as follows: Section 15.F.2., "R.7.5" Single Family District Regulations which requires a minimum lot size of 7,500 square feet. The variance allows a reduction of 1,175 square feet to the minimum 7,500 square foot lot size allowing the minimum lot size of 6,325 square feet as shown on the plot plan. Section 15.G.4., "R.7.5" Single Family District Regulations which requires a minimum lot width of sixty five (65) feet. The variance allows a reduction of ten (10) feet to the minimum sixty five (65) foot width of lot allowing a fifty five (55) foot width of lot as shown on the plot plan. A copy of the approved minutes will be available after they have been approved at the next regular Board of Zoning Adjustment meeting.
