This letter confirms on July 7, 2022 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA22-40 for the property addressed 601 South Main Street Suite 103 & 104,
legally described as Block A, Lot 1, Baylor Medical Plaza Addition, City of Grapevine to the
Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of
Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Install 1 new 32" high x 72" wide non -vinyl, flat panel dibond sign to be mounted on
the front exterior wall of the tenant space;
2. Install a 36" wide x 18" tall non -vinyl double -sided sign, mounted on the bracket of
the awning, with the bottom of the sign to be located a minimum of 8' above the
surface of the sidewalk;
as per the attached plans, photos and specifications with the condition a permit be obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
