This letter confirms on April 11, 2024 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA24-25 for the property addressed 422 South Main Street, legally described as
Block 3, Lot 12, Instrument D 212312689, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended,
for the following:
1. Install new tenant sign on wall above the entrance door; sign to be metal with the
dimensions 3' high by 4' wide;
as per the attached drawings and photos with the condition a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Ce$7.
'ficate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 8410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
