This letter confirms on April 1, 2024 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with conditions
#CA24-21 for the property addressed 601 South Main Street, legally described as Block 15,
Lot C , City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix
G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Install 2 exterior signs:
36" W x 18" H Non -Vinyl Projection Sign, double sided to be mounted under metal
awning frame;
72" W x 32" H Non -Vinyl Flat panel Wall Sign, to be mounted to brick wall above the
awning;
as per the attached drawings with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permitj� is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
