1. Any proposed grading or regrading of the site must
meet the City of Grapevine standards. (Section 47.E.1.b.4.)
2. All parking spaces are minimum of 9'x 18'. All driving lanes
are a minimum of 25 feet
3. Location, size, and arrangement of any outdoor signage
shall meet the requirements of Section 60, Sign Regulations,
4. All requirements of the Grapevine Soil Erosion Control Ordinance
shall be met during the period of construction. (section 47.E1.b.18.)
5. All parking for disabled persons shall be designated according to
Chapter 23, Section 23.64 through 23.69 of the Grapevine Code of
Ordinances. (Section 47.E1.b.21.) Provide blue handicap signs at .
the front of each handicap parking space.
6. Dumpster shall be screened in accordance to Section 50.6.3.
(Section 47.E.1.b.22) Screen on a minimum of three sides by solid
wooden or masonry screening fence. One foot higher than the
dumpster to a maxium of eight feet.
