conditions #CA16-75 for the property addressed 814 South Main Street, legally
known as Lipscomb & Daniel Subdivision per Plat A-4794, City of Grapevine, Texas.
The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
for the Tuesday, August 2, 2016, event for Back the Blue with all proceeds
to benefit the Grapevine Shield Organization
as per attached drawing and with the condition a building permit be obtained from
the Building department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
