The applicant is proposing a total of 19 spaces for enclosed vehicle storage adjacent to the southwest property line that will be screen by an 8-foot tall wooden fence and robust landscaping package and masonry columns. Applicant is also submitting for an 18-foot pole sign to be installed at the entrance to the property along Hwy 121 frontage. To ensure privacy, the shade structures will be surrounded by an 8-foot-tall screening fence on the south and west sides of the property, and a 6-foot-tall black wrought iron fence, along with shrubs to the interior of the property that is adjacent to the proposed building. There will be two points of access; an existing access off of State Highway 121 at the north corner of the site and the other through an existing access easement to the west of Lot 2. An 18-foot pole sign is proposed at the north entrance of the lot adjacent to State Highway CU24-14 2 121.
