1. Consider a resolution approving the City of Grapevine Crime Control and
Prevention District Fiscal Year 2011-2012 Budget and take any necessary action.
2. Consider the minutes of the September 6, 2011 Board meeting and take any
necessary action.

CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT BOARD
The Crime Control and Prevention District Board of the City of Grapevine, Texas met on
this the 13th day of September, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Second
Floor, 200 South Main Street, with the following Board members present to-wit:
C. Shane Wilbanks Board Member
Sharron Spencer Board Member
Roy Stewart Board Member
Darlene Freed Board Member
Mike Lease Board Member
Chris Coy Board Member
constituting a quorum, with Mayor William D. Tate absent, with the following members of
the City Staff:
Bruno Rumbelow City Manager
Jennifer Hibbs Assistant City Manager
Doug Connor Assistant City Attorney
Linda Huff City Secretary
John McGrane Administrative Services Director
CALL TO ORDER
Board Member Wilbanks called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m.
ITEM 1. RESOLUTION. APPROVE CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION
DISTRICT FISCAL YEAR 2011-2012 BUDGET
Ad!�rain�strative Services Director John McGrane requested approval of a resolution
approving #h� Grapevine Crime Control and Prevention District Fiscal Year 2011-2012
budg�;t. The FY2012 budget proposal is $12,963,649.00. The Board adopted the same
fiscal ye�r as the City and is required to adopt a budget for the new fiscal year prior to
Octok�er 1, 2U'�1. Revenues and expenditures are both projected at $12,963,649.00.
Included in the budget is a 1% market adjustment for employees.
After ap�roval by the Board, the budget will be included in the City Council's annual budget
for Fiscal Year 2012.
Board Member Stewart, seconded by Board Member Coy, offered a motion to approve the
resolution adopting the Crime Control and Prevention District Fiscal Year 2011-2012
budget. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Wilbanks, Spencer, Stewart, Freed, Lease & Coy
Nays: None
Absent: Tate

RESOLUTION NO. CCPD 2011-04
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION
DISTRICT BOARD ADOPTING AND PROPOSING A
BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1,
2011 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2012;AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
ITEM 2. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
City Secretary Huff recommended approval of the minutes of the September 6, 2011 Crime
Control and Prevention District Board meeting as published.
Board Member Coy, seconded by Board Member Freed, offered a motion to approve the
minutes as recommended. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Wilbanks, Spencer, Stewart, Freed, Lease & Coy
Nays: None
Absent: Tate
ADJOURNMENT
Board Member Lease, seconded by Board Member Stewart, offered a motion to adjourn
the meeting at 6:08 p.m. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Wilbanks, Spencer, Stewart, Freed, Lease & Coy
Nays: None
Absent: Tate
