BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron rod set at the southerlymost southwest corner of WestpoAx 0 7 2000
Parkway Right-Of-Way (75' R.O.W.), an addition to the City of Grapevine, Tarrant
County, Texas as recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 4002 of the Plat Records of Tarrant,,
County, Texas and the southeast corner of said Oakmont Industrial Group 11, L.P.
tract, the northwest corner of a tract of land as described in deed to the City of

Dear Mr. Gregory:
This letter is to verify that your Site Plan Review application SP00 -22, located at 601 Westport
Parkway and platted as Lot 1, Block 2, Westport Business Park, was October 2, 2000.
Please find enclosed an approved site plan set for your records. I have forwarded two
approved sets to the Building Inspection Division.
No site plan approval shall be valid for a period longer than one (1) year from the date such
approval is issued, unless a building permit is issued and construction is actually begun within
that period, and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion or an occupancy permit is
obtained and a use commenced within that period. Approval of an application does not
authorize any work in conflict with any Codes or Ordinances of the City of Grapevine
