Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Board of Commissioners under Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by completing a Citizen Appearance Request form with the Executive Director. A member of the public may address the Board of Commissioners regarding an item on the agenda either before or during the Board's consideration of the item, upon being recognized by the Chair of the Board or upon the consent of the Board. Citizens will have 3 minutes to address the Board of Commissioners. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Board is restricted in discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments. Consideration and acceptance of the March 2024 monthly financial statements and take necessary action. 5. Report by the Ex Officio member of the Senior Citizens Advisory Board on the April 09, 2024 meeting.
