This letter confirms on August 30, 2016 the Historic Preservation Commission ap ved with
condons #CA1 6-87 for the property addressed 618 East Wall Street, legally described as
Block: 101 Lot: 5, College Heights Addition, Grapevine, Texas. The following was approved
on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. to construct a new 6 feet high cedar privacy fence using board -beside -board 1" x
6 )) cedar pickets, mounted on metal posts encased with cedar in the rear yard;
2. install three 6 feet high x 3 feet wide passage gates, one at each end of the
house facing Wall Street and one facing Estill Street;
3. install a 11 feet wide x 6 feet high sliding driveway gate, made with metal frame
and cedar pickets;
as per the attached plans with the condition a building permit is obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a
permit 'is I is not required. Contact the C"Ity of Grapevine's Bung Department a
817-4101- 165 for fees andinformation regarding permits.
