Please stop by when you have a chance. We have some comments on the drainage for the site plan at 315 E. Wall Street. We have talked to these folks before and they are aware of the issues. The area does not drain. We will need them to coordinate with Kirk Howard in the Drainage division. They need to grade the parking area to accept off site flows and direct them to a curb or area inlet at the northeast side of the site.
