Grapevine Mills L.P.
PROPERTY LOCATION AND SIZE:
The subject property is located at 3000 Grapevine
Mills Parkway and is platted as Lot 1, Block 1,
Grapevine Mills Addition, Phase 1. The addition
contains 136.92 acres and has approximately 2,338
feet of frontage along State Highway 26 and 1,834
