Box 95104 Grapevine, TX 76099 APR 3 2000 Re: Conditional Use Permit Request - First United Methodist Church, Grapevine, Texas First United Methodist Church of Grapevine, Texas requests a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 20., C., 5. of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of Grapevine, Texas for Lot 1, Block 3 of the First United Methodist Church of Grapevine Addition. The request is to allow for off-street parking within 300'-0" of the primary use located on Lot 1 R, Block 1 of the same Addition. This piece of property is currently zoned R-TH, and will be included in the same plat for the primary piece of property. First United Methodist Church needs this parking lot to meet practical parking requirements as well as the minimum required parking by the zoning ordinance. This parking could potentially be shared with the community during non -church use such as events at the proposed adjacent Botanical Gardens.
