' 1 . City Council to discuss construction progress of the Community Activities
Center and take any necessary action.
2. City Council to discuss construction progress of the City Hall project and take
any necessary action.
3. City Council to discuss the in-line skating facility and take any necessary
action. �

� The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Special Session on this the
5th day of July, 1995 at 6:30 p.m. in Conference Room #204, 307 West Dallas '
Road, with the following members present to-wit: �

' DISCUSSION �
The meeting began at 6:33 p.m. with City Manager Petty leading Council in
discussion concerning the Community Activities Center, City Hall and the in-line

skating facility.
Representatives from HKS Architects, ArchiTexas, and Gallagher Construction were
' present to answer questions and address concerns from the Council.
I There was no action taken by the City Council.

The meeting ended at 8:45 p.m. '
