The permit being requested isn’t with my company. The homeowner never let us back on property
to do the work, and close the permit.

You have a building permit for 3305 Spruce Lane that expired November 27, 2023.
A plumber is trying to obtain a permit; however, your permit has expired and will
need to be reinstated so the plumber can obtain his permit request.
Typically, permits that are expired more than 30 days are required to re-apply. I can
allow you to reinstate it instead to expedite the process.
Your registration is also expired and will need to be reinstated. Once your
registration has been renewed, let me know, I will be able to invoice you online for
the permit reinstatement.
And allow the plumber to obtain a permit.
