This letter confirms on September 9, 2016 the Historic Preservation Commission approve
with conditions #CA16-88 for the property addressed 521 East Worth Street, legally
described as Block: 108 Lot: 6, College Heights Addition, Grapevine, Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness.- I]
1 Re -grade lot to correct drainage water issue and divert t run-offto rear of
property;
2. Construct underground drains and drain lines to route water collected by gutters
to rear of property
3. Install new period appropriate metal gutters along roofline of house;
as per the attached plans with the condition a building permit is obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Cerfificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a
permit is Is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building Department at
817-41 0-3165 for fees and "Information regarding permits.
