BACKGROUND: Conditional use permit CU24-12 is a request to allow a 71,050-square-foot retail store for building materials and supplies. Planned development overlay PD24-04 is a request to reduce the required off-street parking requirement in the “CC”, Community Commercial District in a former fitness/workout center addressed as 3200 Grapevine Mills Parkway. The applicant needs the additional time to review all available options.
