PLANNING
Subject: Modification of Conditional Use CU98-6l-&-CUW-1-H for 617 E. Dallas Rd.
Dear Sirs;
Ownership oft -he above site remains the same, however we have a new tenant for the
above site. The new tenant "services, sells, and leases vehicles and equipment" where
as the previous tenant "services, sells, and leases trucks and vans." We believe this is a
very minor change in use.
There are no changes to the grading, drainage or landscape plans.
There is a minor change to the rear elevation. The previously site plan called for 2 (1000
gallon) above ground oil tanks at the rear of the building, the previous tenant installed 5
(275 gallon) above ground oil tanks and a cover to protect them. This is shown on the
submitted site plan. I have also attached a picture of the rear elevation. There are no other
changes to the site plan.
These are minor changes to our original Conditional Use Permit and cover usability and
esthetics only. We believe these changes will not affect the value, use, or enjoyment of
other property in the neighborhood in anyway.
