This request is for the renovation of the Oak Grove Park Restrooms and Parking Lot in

in non-compliance with the provisions of the Architectural Barriers Act, Article 9102, of
the Texas Civil Statutes.
Because of this notification and in order to eliminate any possible endangerment to the
Citizens of Grapevine Staff has contracted with T. W. Foster, Inc. to make all necessary
renovations to the Oak Grove facilities.
