BACKGROUND: The applicant, Osburn Contractors, is requesting a temporary concrete batch plant to be located at Lot 1, Block 2, Westport Business Park. This is the site for Oakmont Industries. The applicant plans to operate the batch plant from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday until May 1, 2001. Staff recommends approval.
