This letter confirms on June 13, 2024 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA24-34 for the property addressed 814 East Wall Street, legally described as
Block 2, Lot 2, D. E. Box Addition, the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Install wood porch railings with cross bracing design reinforcement on the front
porch and steps and the rear porch and steps; all railings to be painted white to
match the wood house trim;
as per the attached photos with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Ce 'ficate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit 60 is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 8 7.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
