This letter confirms on June 14, 2024 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA24-36 for the property addressed 215 East Wall Street, legally described as
Block 1, Lot 2, Green Park Addition, the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Install exterior siding on the new house as follows: "HardiePlank" siding, laid with 6
inch wide exposure and smooth finish texture; siding is to be painted in a paint color
scheme that is approved for the house;
as per the attached specification sheet and photo with the condition a permit be obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit (is is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
